CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking part-time youth coaches to lead classes for children aged 5-10 at various Bay Area elementary schools. Sessions run 1 hour with optional pre-care, typically 2–5 hours weekly, and pay ranges from $50 to $65 per session. Equipment is provided, and transportation is required.

Applicants must be 19+ and locally based, with full vaccination and willingness to complete TB testing and Live Scan background checks. Training/shadowing will occur before starting.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Teach classes for students aged 5-10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8-16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• All equipment provided by CALEX SPORTS INC; coach must have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture class photos for documentation.
