Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking a part-time coach to lead classes for children aged 5–10 at multiple Bay Area schools. Sessions run 1 hour, 2–5 hours weekly, with a possibility of extra pre-care time. Youll use provided lesson plans and create a fun, energetic learning environment.

Eligibility requires 19+ years old, local residence, reliable transportation, and full vaccination with TB test and Live Scan background check. Equipment is provided and attire is comfortable for active play.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Candidates should live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Coaching or sports-experience with kids is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16) and maintain a positive, active environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Handle attendance, sign-ins, and communication with parents/school staff.
• Take and share a few class photos for documentation.
