Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a comprehensive training and professional development program.
• Design and conduct annual/on-going CYS training based on outlines.
• Develop annual CYS program plan with goals and curriculum.
• Observe settings to assess staff competency and provide feedback.
• Manage program budget and justify funding needs.
