Job summary

• Minimum of 6 months experience working in group programs with children/youth (CY-01).
• Completion of Entry Level DoW standardized training courses OR six (6) semester hours of college credit in early childhood, elementary, or secondary education, child and youth development, or special education (CY-01).
• Minimum of 12 months experience working in group programs with children/youth as well as demonstrated knowledge in theories and principles of child/youth development (CY-02).
• Completion of Skill Level DoW standardized training courses OR CDA/MSA or 12 semester hours of college credit in relevant education or development fields (CY-02).
