Job summary

Center For Human Services is seeking a qualified clinician to provide crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and case management to transitional age youth (18–25) in Modesto, CA. The role involves mental health assessments, DSM criteria, and referrals as needed.

You will maintain Medi-Cal paperwork, comply with contractual requirements, and support program improvement through supervision and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling/ Psychology or Social Work.
• Active license status (MFT/MSW/PCC) in California.
• Experience in crisis intervention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and clinical case management to transitional age youth (18–25).
• Conduct mental health assessments and determine levels of care.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy to assigned populations.
• Maintain Medi-Cal charts and required paperwork.
