The Wood Group is seeking compassionate PRN Behavioral Health Technicians to join our youth crisis facility in Seguin, Texas. This part-time role supports youth facing mental health challenges and fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include crisis monitoring, meal service, chore completion, documentation, and maintaining a safe, respectful setting. Paid training is offered, with a commitment to equal opportunity employment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age to qualify.
• Additional training in mental health or behavioral support is preferred.
• Prior experience working with youth or in a mental health setting is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and supervise youth in a crisis setting to ensure safety and well-being.
• Cook and serve meals in accordance with posted facility menus.
• Complete items listed on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times.
• Maintain daily chart documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean and structured environment; follow policies and confidentiality.
