Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience or a mix of related experience, education and training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on development, direction and management of programs.
• Plans and executes meetings, events and trips with agendas, marketing, sponsors, participants and volunteers.
• Acts as an ambassador and spokesperson for IFB to promote a positive image.
• Maintains relationships with staff, county Farm Bureaus and volunteer leadership.
• Manages social media platforms and supports division activities.
