Qualifikationen

• Requires 4+ years of relevant experience or combination of related experience, education and training.
• Travel may be frequent within Illinois and out of state, with overnight obligations.
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds to load, unload, and set up for events.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute meetings, events, conferences, and trips of various sizes, including agendas, marketing, sponsorships and volunteers.
• Develop and manage the direction of assigned programs and provide staff support.
• Recruit participants and volunteers, manage registrations and on-site logistics.
• Serve as an ambassador and spokesperson for IFB to promote programs and public image.
• Establish relationships with county Farm Bureaus and volunteer leadership; collaborate across teams.
• Administer social media platforms and support divisional activities and boards.
