Job summary

The Police Athletic League Inc is seeking a Supervisor for the Fair Futures initiative in Brooklyn, NY. You will oversee 4–5 Coaches, foster trusted relationships with youth and families, and ensure ongoing coaching quality while aligning with program goals.

You will guide supervision, development, and collaboration with schools and community partners, traveling across NYC as needed, to support youth progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Proven track record leading a team with positive impact.
• Experience reading program data reports and using data dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support up to 4-5 Coaches, building relationships with youth.
• Model a strength-based, trauma-informed approach in daily work.
• Provide professional development and supervision meetings with Coaches.
• Collaborate with staff and external partners to meet goals and ensure safety.
