Job summary

Alpha is hiring as a Youth Coach to lead high-energy life-skills workshops for K-8 students and coach them through challenges. This is a full-time, W2 role with day-one medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid weekly, on-site at multiple Alpha campuses across the U.S.

You will use Coachbot analytics to guide students, assess mastery, and help learners build resilience, focus, and leadership. Relocation support is provided, with a $120,000 USD/year salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics to help achieve weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery through Test2Pass and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is shown.
• Adapt coaching style across elementary and middle school students.
• Analyze weekly performance data to identify patterns and improve outcomes for the cohort
