Center for Justice Innovation seeks a Youth Coach for the QUEST ATD program in Queens, NY. You will support youth ages 12–17, develop action plans, and implement after-school programming while coordinating with families and court stakeholders.

The role emphasizes social-emotional learning, attendance tracking, and collaboration with partner agencies. A relevant degree and multi-disciplinary teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in social services or related field; 3–4 years youth development experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of youth (ages 12–17) with weekly case management and crisis response.
• Develop individualized action and aftercare plans with participants.
• Coordinate and deliver daily after-school programming for QUEST program participants.
