Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a Security Guard at Fratney to help maintain a welcoming, safe, and secure club site. You will patrol the building and grounds, ensure areas not in use are locked, and address irregularities as they arise.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and security certification is preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of security experience and be prepared to obtain CPR and First Responder certification within six months

Security certification preferred.
One year of security experience.
CPR and First Responder certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Patrols building and grounds, ensuring areas not in use are locked.
Address irregularities such as suspicious people, fire hazards, leaking pipes and security doors left unlocked.
Enforce the compliance of all rules and regulations among visitors and members.
Maintain radio contact with security team, club manager, or lead staff.
Maintain knowledge of activities and reference club policies when answering questions.
Directs members within lobby to proper program area.
Participate in required trainings by the Club, County, State, and/or funder.
