Job summary

Spurwink seeks licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMSW-CC or LCPC-C) for our residential program serving youth and adolescents in Maine. You will guide children and their families through everyday challenges, helping to create a lasting community impact while coordinating care with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling or allied mental health field.
• Licensed in Maine with LMSW, LCSW, CSW/IP, or LCPC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for youth and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy for children.
• Observe clients in natural environments and document progress.
• Collaborate with treatment team and coordinate with BCBA for ABA.
• Handle discharge and transition planning.
