Movement is seeking a Gateway Instructor I for Programs in Englewood to deliver youth-focused climbing activities, supervise sessions, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. JOB SUMMARY
The Gateway Instructor I for Programs is a passionate, motivated individual who loves to work with and teach youth, provides a great customer experience, and has a desire to grow in the climbing community. The position involves top rope belaying for children and sometimes adults, facilitating games and activities, and managing risks for participants during our various youth programs. The programs include week-long camps, After School programs, parties, and other programs as needed. Part-time instructors are primarily working with youth between the ages of 4-17 for 2-4 hours per class, depending on the program. Prior climbing experience is not expected or required – we are excited to train individuals who are excited to learn!
