Movement in Mountain View, CA is seeking an Instructor for Gateway Programs to teach youth ages 6-12, facilitate games, manage risks, and deliver a positive customer experience within our climbing community.

JOB SUMMARY

The Instructor for Gateway Programs is a passionate, motivated individual who loves to work with and teach youth, provides a great customer experience, and has a desire to grow in the climbing community. The position involves facilitating games and activities, and managing risks for participants during our various youth programs. The programs include week-long camps, After School programs, parties, and other programs as needed. Part-time instructors are primarily working with youth between the ages of 6-12 for 2-4 hours per class, depending on the program. Prior climbing experience is not expected or required – we are excited to train individuals who are excited to learn!

• Ability to work a complete Summer Camp or After School Program. Summer Camps are typically Monday - Friday and After School programs run for 6 consecutive weeks on the same day.
  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This is a part time position
• Starting at $19.70-20.96/hr, with flexibility based on experience
