Job summary

The Salvation Army in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Center Program Manager to plan and supervise the Red Shield Youth Center’s program curriculum and activities, ensuring safety and positive outcomes for youth.

You will oversee staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development, manage records and reporting, and coordinate transportation of youth when needed, while ensuring compliance and readiness for CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience planning and supervising youth activities.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise center-wide program curriculum and activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of staff.
• Monitor recordkeeping and reporting for attendance and outcomes.
• Transport youth and staff as needed in approved vehicles.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of programs.
