Job summary

The Salvation Army Houston Garden City Red Shield Youth Center is seeking a Full-Time Center Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, safety compliance, and program delivery for youth services at the Houston Center.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience managing youth programs; you will coordinate with schools and community partners, maintain safety, and uphold the Center's positive community presence.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in managing youth programs or after-school settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and manage daily operations of the designated Center.
• Supervise staff, train volunteers, and ensure program delivery and safety standards.
• Collaborate with schools, community partners and families to support youth programs.
• Represent The Salvation Army in the community and maintain positive Center image.
