Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at-risk youth. Everglades Youth Academy in Okeechobee, Florida, is a secure 60-bed Youth Academy serving males ages 13 to 17, providing trauma-informed mental health and substance abuse treatment. The program combines clinical therapy, education, restorative justice, therapeutic recreation, and life skills training.
Youth typically remain in care based on individualized treatment outcomes, participating in individual, family, and group therapy; victim impact awareness; vocational preparation; and enrichment activities such as art, music, and recreation. Small group living units and licensed dietitian-managed meals support emotional stabilization and community reintegration.
As a Case Manager, you will work under the clinical supervision of a licensed mental health professional to deliver case management services for youth in care. You will coordinate treatment activities, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and help youth and families prepare for successful reintegration into their communities.
