The GEO Group, Inc. is hiring for an in-custody Case Manager within the Shasta County Probation Department's Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility (JRF). The role involves working with at-risk youth in the criminal justice system and delivering evidence-based cognitive behavioral programming.

Experience with at-risk youth is highly preferred. The position emphasizes collaboration with the customer and adherence to GEO Reentry Services and facility standards to ensure safety and effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• One year experience as a Case Manager or three years in related field preferred.
• Experience with a youth offender population preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload using the What Works system.
• Provide evidence-based programming using cognitive behavioral interventions, groups and services.
• Facilitates a variety of group types and individual one-on-one services with youth.
• Submit a weekly KPI report that is complete and accurate.
• Create and review individual success plans and document progress for youth.
