Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Case Manager to provide services in Compton, CA, focusing on high-risk youth with behavioral health needs. This long-term contract role includes evening and weekend shifts and offers flexible scheduling with ongoing opportunities through a leading referral agency.

Responsibilities include engaging with youth, assisting with schoolwork, ensuring supervision, and coordinating health documentation such as physical exams and CPR/First Aid certification as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating services for high-risk or at-risk youth or children.
• Ability to engage with youth and assess needs.
• Experience documenting case notes and health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide services for high risk and at-risk children and youth with behavioral health challenges.
• Engage with children/youth, assist with schoolwork, and inquire about likes/dislikes.
• Provide line-of-sight supervision without overwhelming the child/youth.
• Redirect negative and problematic behaviors.
• Produce current medical/health documents including physical exams and CPR/First Aid certification.
