Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Case Manager to provide services in Compton, CA, focusing on high-risk youth with behavioral health needs. This long-term contract role includes evening and weekend shifts and offers flexible scheduling with ongoing opportunities through a leading referral agency.

Responsibilities include engaging with youth, assisting with schoolwork, ensuring supervision, and coordinating health documentation such as physical exams and CPR/First Aid certification as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating services for high-risk or at-risk youth or children.
• Ability to engage with youth and assess needs.
• Experience documenting case notes and health documentation.

AVAILABLE HOURS

• Long Term Contract and part-time shifts
• Evening and weekend

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Responsible for providing services for high risk and at-risk children and youth with severe behavior and or mental health challenges
• Engage with childred or youth. Assist with schoolwork, and inquire abiut the child's life (likes or dislikes)
• Provide line of sight supervision, without overwhelming the child/youth
• Redirect negative and problematic behaviors
• Produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid certification
• Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
