Job summary

Easterseals Redwood is looking for a full-time temporary Workforce Development Specialist in Hamilton, Ohio. The role involves providing case management services to youth enrolled in CCMEP services, helping them engage in academic and work readiness training while connecting them with employment or post-secondary education.

Responsibilities include assessing skills, developing Individual Opportunity Plans, and conducting outreach for WIOA services. A Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is preferred. The position offers various benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three days of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Assess academic and work skill levels of each youth.
• Develop Individual Opportunity Plans as per policies.
• Conduct outreach and recruit youth for services.
• Advocate for youth in securing needed services.
• Document service interventions and maintain accurate records.
