Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, including 15 credits in social services coursework.
• At least 1 year of counseling or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, supportive relationships that encourage student success.
• Help students overcome barriers and stay on track in the program.
• Develop and manage individualized career and development plans.
