Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts.
• Demonstrated telephone, computer, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require.
• Customer service experience required.
• A working knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching and case management for participating students at an assigned high school.
• Manage eligibility, enrollment, and program orientation processes.
• Coordinate with school staff, parents, and partners to support employment goals.
• Maintain participant files and document activities in case notes.
• Track recruitment and progress toward goals and report outcomes.
