Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Youth Career Coach to guide and support young people aged 16-24 as they explore interests, strengths, and goals, and develop plans to enter the workforce or higher education.

You will build one-on-one relationships, provide coaching and resources, conduct workshops, coordinate documentation, and ensure program success across multiple centers in Clark County, NV.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking and content development.

Responsibilities

• Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in eliminating challenges that hinder employment.
• Empower at-risk youth to overcome barriers, explore meaningful career options, and develop skills and confidence.
• Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
• Conduct new customer orientation and ensure documentation is completed and received.
• Facilitate all professional development workshops.
• Maintain organized database of clients and detailed documentation of contacts.
