Pathway Family Services in Topeka, KS is seeking a Youth Care Worker I for a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program. This PRN role is 10-20 hours weekly with an average hourly rate of $17.85 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, etc.).

No counseling degree or prior youth care experience is required, and training will be provided. As a Youth Care Worker you will encourage teens, celebrate small victories, lead activities, be a role model, and help create a safe, healing environment.
