Pathway Family Services is seeking a Youth Care Worker I for a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program. This full-time position invites caregivers with empathy to support youth, even without a counseling degree, and to help them succeed in meaningful ways.

As part of a close-knit team, you will engage youth in activities, build confidence, and model resilience in a safe healing environment. Applicants should be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED and are provided comprehensive training.
