Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, NE is hiring a Youth Care Worker for full-time 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm). Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a $2,500 signing bonus. Shifts include rotating holidays and weekends.

You will teach life skills, supervise youth, support academics, transport to appointments, and assist with intake and planning. Requirements: high school diploma, 21+, valid driver's license with good record, CPR and personal restraint training during pre-service.

  • CPR certification and personal restraint training required (training provided during pre-service).

  • Observe and participate in mediation and planning conferences with youth and families.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Demonstrate to criteria while maintaining current in CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained during pre-service training required.
