Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with high-risk/at-risk youth, corrections, or mental health populations.
• Ability to pass a free pre-employment screening (fingerprint background check, TB test, and drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, trauma-informed care for high-risk youth.
• Partner with caregivers and placing agencies to transition youth back home safely.
• Help empower the 26,000 Ohioans we serve annually across our diverse programs.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, Criminal Justice, or Youth Development
