• Lears to escort groups of youth to and from daily activities and supervise their conduct.
• Learns to observe behaviors and determine when intervention is needed.
• Learns to de-escalate potentially harmful situations and mentor youth.
• Monitors youth behavior and assists with daily schedules and routines.
• Records observations and prepares progress and incident reports for supervisor review.

Education
