Idaho Youth Ranch seeks a Youth Care Provider for our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience in Idaho's Treasure Valley. The role includes supervising youth residents, guiding daily routines and activities, and applying behavior support techniques in a safe, supportive setting.

You will help youth with morning routines, chores, homework, meals, and group activities, while building respectful relationships to foster hope and resilience. This is a hands-on role in a residential program.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Some experience working directly with youth preferred.

Responsabilités

• Builds positive relationships with youth by providing a consistent, supportive presence and engaging youth in ways that demonstrate respect, care and belief in their potential.

The Youth Care Provider gives direct supervision of daily living and individualized learning plans of the youth in our care.
