Job summary

Family & Children1s Services in Tulsa, OK is hiring a Youth Care Coordinator to deliver targeted support services within the System of Care (SOC) approach for youth and families impacted by trauma.

You will work with youth in their homes and communities, coordinating mental health and community services, incorporating the whole family in treatment, and traveling to locations as needed with a personal vehicle and a valid driver2s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum with juveniles in mental health or related social service field.
• Certification in Juvenile Case Management (preferred).
• Ability to interact clearly with staff, clients, families and community in person and by phone.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and access to personal vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support services and SOC coordination for youth and families.
• Work with youth in homes/communities while incorporating the entire family in treatment options.
• Coordinate mental health and community services and wraparound supports.
• Transport clients as needed using personal automobile. Mileage reimbursement provided.
