Miracle Houses Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to support clients in a group home setting in Charlotte, NC. The role involves maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with supervisors, and assisting with treatment plans and daily activities to promote a safe and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, holds a high school diploma or GED, and is physically and mentally fit to assist in a demanding caregiving role within a residential program.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Physically and mentally fit.

Responsabilités

• Communicate relevant consumer information to supervisors, Case Coordinator, and/or parents.
• Provide privacy and confidentiality of all consumer records.
• Ensure consumers are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect and report incidents to supervisor.
• Treat each consumer with dignity and respect.
• Document Treatment Plans and related records.
• Develop familiarity with each consumer's Treatment Plan and follow documentation procedures.
• Transport consumers to scheduled appointments and activities.
• Support and supervise clients to ensure safety and well-being.
• Attend staff and training meetings as required and coordinate weekend visits as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client files, medication/treatment charts, and related administrative duties.
