Qualifications

• Ability to interact one-on-one with youth and maintain proximity as required.
• Basic proficiency in math and office technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision and safety for youth with Severe Emotional Disturbance.
• Utilize Nonviolent Crisis Intervention techniques as trained to maintain safety.
• Document progress and follow the individual treatment plan.
• Transport patients as required by their treatment plan.
• Prepare healthy meals for youth in the crisis house.
• Maintain timely communication with families and educational staff.
• Attend agency meetings and trainings.
