Job summary

Life Time Austin is seeking a Kids Camp Counselor to lead children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, weekly field trips, and nutrition education, providing a safe and highly engaging environment for ages three to twelve.

You will supervise up to 10 campers, model a positive attitude, maintain camp safety and cleanliness, promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue, and ensure supplies and snacks stay within budget.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of camp experience.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification for infant/child/adult within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities and field trips while maintaining safety.
• Supervise up to 10 campers aged 3–12 with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate courtesy, service, and professionalism to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the camp.
• Promote monthly events to boost participation.
• Manage supplies and snacks within the budget.
