Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Camp Counselor to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and field trips while prioritizing safety and fun for ages 3 to 12.

You will lead up to 10 campers, model positive behavior, maintain a clean and safe camp environment, and promote monthly events to boost participation and revenue. CPR/AED and First Aid training within 60 days are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of camp experience.
• Life Time Summer Camp Counselor Certification required before camp season.
• First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in activities while maintaining a safe environment.
• Lead up to 10 campers aged 3–12 with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Demonstrate courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of camp for safety.
• Promote monthly events to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensure supplies and snacks follow the department budget.
