Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Kids Camp Counselor to guide children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, gym games and weekly field trips. The role includes nutrition education and creating a safe, fun environment for ages 3–12.

You will lead up to 10 campers, model positive behavior, and support monthly events to boost participation. Required certifications and a willingness to meet safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of camp experience or equivalent.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises and manage active children.
• Comfort with providing a safe, supervised camp environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in crafts, singing, sports, games and field trips while maintaining safety.
• Leads groups of up to 10 campers aged 3-12 with a positive, role-model attitude.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation and professionalism to customers.
• Maintains camp cleanliness and order to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Manages use of supplies, snacks and drinks within budget.
