Job summary

Career Focus Inc. is seeking a Youth Camp Instructor for a seasonal in-person camp in Florida.

The role involves teaching work readiness and basic employment skills to youth with disabilities, leading structured lessons, and ensuring safety and positive learning environments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, group leadership, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to guide diverse learners and maintain attendance records.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Check is required.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead groups and provide clear instruction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, dependable, and attentive to student needs.
