Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Camp Counselor at our Arena Sports Redmond location to implement activities for children aged 2–15 years. You will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment, follow established guidelines, and supervise campers throughout activities.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of care experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and CPR certification. Weekend/evening work is required as part of the role in a vibrant club setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience caring for children in daycare or camp.
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize campers ages 2 to 15 years old.
• Provide a safe, clean environment including cleaning toys and spaces.
• Ensure all campers are supervised at all times.
• Fulfill opening and closing operations checklists.
• Greet parents and children and invite participation in activities.
• Engage with children, especially older, shy and/or bored ones; offer support.
• Organize age-appropriate activities such as sports, arts & crafts, and group games.
• Transport campers to and from activities within the Club.
• Communicate with parents in a timely and professional manner.
