UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside Park City Center Mall) - Youth Boxing/Kickboxing Coach

The Youth Boxing/Kickboxing Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience for youth members aged 6-12 years with various skill levels. This position requires availability for 1 or 2 weekday evenings. As a Coach, you and your immediate family will receive full gym membership, including unlimited access to all group classes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Execution on Key Metrics

• Sell and conduct private and small group training sessions with youth members.
• Assist youth members and encourage their involvement in private training.

Member Experience

• Act as a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Implement the T.R.A.I.N principles (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble).
• Conduct safe and effective private training sessions.
• Lead boxing/kickboxing conditioning exercises.
• Teach boxing/kickboxing techniques using heavy bags, mitt work, mannequins, and light sparring.
• Maintain proper safety protocols at all times.
• Keep the fitness floor and training spaces organized and well-presented.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience instructing and working with youth and youth programs for multiple years.
• Amateur or professional fight experience is required.
• Ability to guide and educate youth and parents about programs and expectations.
• Knowledge of company policies, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Customer service-oriented with professional responsiveness to guests, members, and staff inquiries.
• Extroverted, self-motivated, and customer service-minded.
