Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Lancaster County seeks a dedicated Behavior Consultant (BC) to provide behavioral and therapeutic support to children, youth, and families in the community.

The role conducts assessments, develops individualized behavior support plans, and collaborates with families and service teams to promote positive changes. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is required or preferred for licensed staff.
• Licensed staff (LBS, LSW, LMSW, or LPC) or BS licensure preferred; license supervision opportunities may be available.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families is preferred but not required for all applicants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with treatment plan development and implementation is helpful.
• Basic computer knowledge; MS Office 365; EHR experience is a plus.
