Job summary

Child & Family Support Services is accepting applications for a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County.

Join a mission-driven team that supports kids and young adults, offering training and growth opportunities. Eligible applicants must meet education/experience criteria and be able to work in community, home, or other natural settings with flexible scheduling including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Valid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving record
• Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
• Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
• Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County
• Empower young people with behavioral health challenges through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and tailored interventions
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings
• Relate to and build positive connections with children and adults in a strength-based, family-centered way
• Perform other duties related to the position
