Job summary

You will work 12-hour shifts, participate in de-escalation and crisis prevention, document progress, and communicate with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with youth or behavioral health preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care is a plus.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Must pass background checks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 supervision and support to youth.
• Implement behavior management strategies under clinical supervision.
• Use trauma-informed, relationship-based approaches.
• Assist with daily living activities and routines.
• Model appropriate behavior, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor and document resident behavior and incidents.
• Support intake, transitions, and crisis situations.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment.
