Job summary

Kanza Mental Health & Guidance Center is seeking a Youth Community Based Services Manager - QMHP to provide clinical leadership and supervision for youth CBS including SED Waiver, school-based services, and wraparound programs. The role oversees clinicians, case managers, school liaisons, and affiliated staff to deliver client-centered care.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a current QMHP license, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and must meet Kansas QMHP requirements.
• Must hold a current QMHP-eligible license and active license.
• Experience supervising clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to staff.
• Oversee therapy services, case management, school liaison, and wraparound programs.
• Ensure clinical documentation, medical necessity, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Director of Clinical Services to align clinical direction and program priorities.
• Promote quality improvement, care coordination, and program operations across youth CBS.
