Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide social work services within licensure scope: assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family sessions.
• Crisis intervention and liaison with family, parole officers, school, courts, and community supports.
• Document and maintain progress notes and reports per federal/state/local requirements.
