Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) seeks a full-time Behavioral Health Technician to provide clinical services across Maricopa County. You’ll work with kids, youth, and families in community and home settings, delivering skill-building and behavior coaching with a family-centered approach.

Applicants should meet one education path: a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in behavioral health or a related bachelor's degree. A valid AZ driver license, CPR/First Aid, and 21+ age are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years behavioral health experience or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Must be 21+ years old, valid AZ driver license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• CPR and First Aid training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services in community, home, or natural settings.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and professionals to coordinate care.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs.
