Job summary

Castle Partial Care Willingboro is seeking a Counselor for a 10-Month position in Willingboro, NJ. The role serves children and adolescents in the PHP program, with Monday–Friday daytime hours and a pay rate of $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus full benefits.

The incumbent will provide direct care, facilitate groups, and document patient progress within a multidisciplinary team, with transport duties as needed and Handle with Care certification maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is required.
• Experience with children in behavioral and mental health is preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday days.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients.
• Facilitates regular therapeutic groups addressing identified treatment issues.
• Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team.
• Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record and completes paperwork.
• Rides with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
• MaintainsHandle with Care certification.
• All other duties as assigned.
