Job summary

Community Council Health Systems is seeking a Behavior Consultant to develop and implement individualized behavior modification plans for children and adolescents. You will work with the treatment team, including Mobile Therapists and Behavioral Health Technicians, to identify goals and apply non-aversive strategies while maintaining contact with home, school, and community supports.

• Experience designing behavior modification plans tailored to children/adolescents.
• Ability to collaborate with treatment teams including Mobile Therapist and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Strong data collection and progress tracking for behavioral targets.
• Proficient in documenting for billing and compliance.

Responsibilities
