Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a part-time Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to youth ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, precise documentation, and a passion for empowering youth.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA or equivalent.
• Graduate degree in ABA or psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.
