• Coordinate crisis prevention activities with Treatment Team to reduce restraints.
• Lead development of ICSP and related safety plans within defined timeframes.
• Provide consultation for ICSP and safety plan revisions.
• Ensure staff complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training.
• Support restraint instruction and follow up.
• Maintain certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training.
• Provide psycho-educational activities for youth and families related to trauma-informed care.
• Offer guidance through collateral contacts with the Treatment Team.
• Lead formal debriefings with staff, youth, and families.
• Analyze restraint and near-miss data to inform quality improvement.
